    Everything is well signposted. Plenty of shops to browse in and plenty of different places to eat and drink. Plenty of seating too.

    Check in staff were helpful and polite and queues were short.. Going through customs was easy, helpful staff and everything moved very smoothly. I would have rated excellent if I could have taken the food my children bought at MacDonalds and they could have sat in the coffee shop where I would have liked to have bought my coffee. Plenty of choice however and something to suit all wallets. All staff we encountered we helpful cheerful and polite. From check in to boarding the plane everything went very smoothly.

    Its too expensive to get to London. Try Heathrow instead. There is a train with min cost 10.6 pound and faster trains cost up to 25 pounds
